Your new role

• Lead transport management operations supporting EMEA export deliveries.
• Manage and develop a transport planning team.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure service excellence.
• Oversee logistics service provider performance and drive improvements.
• Lead process optimisation and operational improvement initiatives.
• Monitor operational risk, compliance, and business continuity controls.
• Deliver reporting and analysis to support decision-making.
• Drive knowledge management and process governance.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, International Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Leadership or team management experience.
• Knowledge of international freight and transport operations.
• Experience engaging with global stakeholders and service providers.
• Exposure to process improvement, change management, or digital initiatives.
• SAP or ERP system experience preferred.
