Customer Success Specialist (English & Mandarin) | Social Media Project

Location: GBS, Bayan Lepas, Penang

Employment Type: Full-Time

What You'll Do

Provide professional customer support via non-voice channels (chat and/or email).

Assist customers by resolving enquiries efficiently and accurately.

Deliver a high standard of customer experience while meeting service quality standards.

Handle customer issues with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Job Requirements

Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).

Strong written communication and problem-solving skills.

Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.

Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Previous customer service or BPO experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Working Hours

Operating Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Rotational Shift

9-hour shift (including 1-hour lunch break)

5 working days per week
