Job Scope
Business Development & Sales
Identify and develop new business opportunities within project logistics, heavylift, breakbulk, and supply chain solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and key stakeholders.
Prepare quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with customers.
Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
Project Logistics Management
Plan, coordinate, and execute project cargo movements from origin to destination.
Develop transportation and logistics solutions for oversized heavy-lift, and specialized cargo.
Ensure compliance with customer requirements, project schedules, and regulatory requirements
Coordinate with carriers, vendors, customs authorities, and logistics partners.
Manage project timelines, milestones, and delivery performance.
Operations Management
Oversee daily logistics operations to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
Monitor shipment status and resolve operational issues promptly.
Optimize transportation routes, costs, and resource utilization.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Prepare operational reports and performance metrics.
Financial & Commercial Control
Develop project budgets and cost estimates.
Monitor project profitability and margins.
Approve operational expenses and control costs.
Review invoicing, billing, and payment collections.
Support financial forecasting and revenue planning.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor operations and sales personnel.
Allocate resources and manage team performance.
Conduct performance reviews and provide training where necessary.
Foster collaboration between sales and operations teams.
Customer Service
Serve as the main point of contact for key customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem solving.
Address customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
Build long-term strategic partnerships with clients and vendors.

On-time project delivery

Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
5-10 years of experience in freight forwarding, project logistics, or supply chain management.
Strong sales, negotiation, and project management skills
Knowledge of customs regulations, international shipping, and transportation methods.
Leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
