Minimum 1–2 years of experience in indoor sales, marketing, or customer service

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Able to handle walk-in customers, phone, and online enquiries professionally

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, social media platforms)

Target-driven with a positive and proactive attitude

Able to work retail hours, including weekends/public holidays if required

Attend to walk-in customers and handle sales enquiries at the outlet/office

Promote and market products/services to achieve monthly sales targets

Prepare quotations, sales orders, and follow up on customer orders/payments

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions

Maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

Update customer and sales records accurately
