Technical proficiency in welding methods (MIG, TIG, Stick, SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, FCAW)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Collaborating with engineers, fabricators, and other tradespeople to ensure project success
Knowledge of safety standards and protective equipment
General work also needs to support
