Position: INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Location: Loyang

Working time: Mon - Fri

Salary: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Handle customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups
• Identify new customers and business opportunities
• Provide product, pricing, availability, and delivery information
• Coordinate with Operations, Purchasing, Logistics, and Sales teams
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in company systems
• Support outside sales and business development activities
• Resolve customer enquiries professionally and promptly

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Sales, Engineering or related field
• Sales / Inside Sales / Customer Service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with good commercial awareness
• Aerospace, Defence, Manufacturing or B2B experience is an advantage
