Sales & Marketing Manager (Business Development)

Heleflo Products is seeking a

results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager with a strong hunter mentality

to drive new business acquisition, expand market reach and accelerate revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive, commercially minded professional who thrives on identifying opportunities, building relationships and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify, prospect and acquire new B2B customers across industrial, manufacturing and distribution sectors.

Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and grow revenue.

Build a strong sales pipeline through cold outreach, client visits, networking and referrals.

Own sales targets, pricing strategies, commercial negotiations and deal closures.

Develop and strengthen key client relationships, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Identify and manage tender opportunities, from bid preparation to final submission.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging business opportunities.

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue and customer acquisition targets.

Oversee marketing and e-commerce initiatives to support lead generation and sales growth.

Report on sales performance, pipeline development and market insights to management.

Requirements

Minimum

5 years of B2B sales or business development experience

, preferably in adhesives, industrial products or distribution.

Proven track record in

new customer acquisition, business development and achieving sales targets

.

Strong hunter mentality with a proactive, hands-on approach to generating and closing new business.

Strong negotiation, commercial acumen and relationship-building skills.

Experience in tender management, pricing and key account development.

Self-motivated, resilient and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently.

Sales leadership or team management experience is an advantage.
