Job Responsibilities
Perform facial, body and hair removal treatments.
Conduct customer consultations and recommend suitable treatments and products.
Deliver professional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards.
Maintain treatment equipment and products.
Support daily salon operations and team sales targets.
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant beauty industry experience.
Experience in facial, body or hair removal treatments preferred.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Professional, responsible and detail-oriented.
Able to work weekends and public holidays according to roster.
Working Hours
5-day workweek, based on rotating shifts.
Minimum 8 off days per month.
Salon operating hours:
Monday–Saturday: 10am–9.15pm
Sunday: 10am–8pm
Actual working hours and breaks will follow the assigned roster.
Salary & Benefits
Monthly basic salary: $2,000–$2,400.
Performance and punctuality allowance: Up to $300/month.
Hands-on treatment incentives: $300–$500/month, subject to eligibility.
Individual sales commissions.
Team sales incentives.
Transport allowance upon confirmation.
Training and career development.
Staff discounts on salon services and products.
