Job Summary

• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation standards.

• Conduct staff performance evaluations, identify training needs, and support employee development.

• Organize staff schedules, allocate duties, and coordinate daily work arrangements.

• Oversee daily business operations to ensure operational efficiency and achievement of business objectives.
