Core Responsibilities
Beverage Preparation:
Grind coffee beans, pull espresso shots, steam and texture milk, and craft specialty drinks (such as lattes and cappuccinos) according to recipes and standards.
Customer Service:
Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, explain menu items, offer recommendations based on preferences or dietary needs, and handle feedback.
Cash & POS Handling:
Process cash, credit card, and digital transactions accurately through the point-of-sale system.
Equipment Maintenance:
Operate, dial in, clean, and perform routine maintenance on espresso machines, grinders, and brewers.
Cleanliness & Stock:
Maintain a tidy bar and dining area, wash utensils, restock inventory (beans, milk, cups, syrups), and follow health and safety regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
Knowledge:
Familiarity with coffee and tea origins, brewing methods, and espresso equipment.
Interpersonal Skills:
Strong communication, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to stay calm during high-volume rushes.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred), basic math skills for cash handling, and flexibility for early morning, weekend, or holiday shifts.
Certifications:
Food safety or hygiene certification may be required depending on local regulations.
A young F&B company serving Malaysian style Nasi Lemak, Laksa and Local cuisine. 3 locations across Singapore, Hamilton Road, Circular Road and McCallum Street.
