Job Description
- Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce planning initiatives
- Partner with business leaders to identify and develop critical talent pipelines
- Provide talent insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Support leadership development and organisational capability-building programmes
- Collaborate closely with Technology and Digital leaders on workforce priorities
- Facilitate talent discussions and influence key people decisions across the organisation
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Talent Management Partner Should Have
- 8+ years of HR experience with strong Talent Management expertise
- Solid experience in succession planning, talent reviews, and workforce planning
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Ability to influence and engage senior leadership teams confidently
- Exposure to Technology, Digital, or IT-focused businesses is advantageous
- Experience within a multinational or shared services environment preferred
- Mandarin language capability is a strong advantage as you are required to communicate with China stakeholders
