Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communications, or a related field.

Preferably 3–5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.

Experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing tools will be an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop is an added advantage.

Good communication, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of the building materials, construction, or architectural industry will be an added advantage.

Develop, implement, and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and promote the company's products.

Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and product launches to support business growth.

Create marketing materials, product presentations, brochures, catalogues, and promotional content.

Collaborate with the Sales Department to develop marketing strategies and promotional activities that support sales targets.

Assist in organizing and participating in exhibitions, trade shows, roadshows, and other marketing events.

Maintain and update marketing content, product information, and promotional materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.

Support the development of B2B and B2C marketing initiatives to expand the company's customer base and market presence.

Perform other marketing-related duties and ad hoc assignments as required by the management.

Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, consultants, main contractors, hardware shop and other relevant parties.

Follow up on customer orders and ensure timely payment collection.
