Job Responsibilities

1) Deliver an exceptional experience to our customers.

3) Respond with good content with proper structuring and grammar.

4) Communicate clearly and efficiently with our customers as well as internal teams.

Requirements:

• Preferably, at least a Diploma or Degree holder in any field.
• Able to converse and correspond in English.
• Minimum 1 year experience in logistics field is preferred.
• Good task management and cross-functional team coordination skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques. Has the initiative and ability to propose new ideas.

Currently, Spots Logistics is a leader in Less-Than Truckload (Console) trucking service across Peninsular Malaysia.

Spots Logistics is currently expanding our network of carriers and logistics services across Malaysia/Singapore.

We are currently looking for a logistics specialist to help us coordinate between our customers and our logistic partners!

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
