岗位职责

Responsibilities

Review Business Specifications, develop & execute Test Plan and User Documentation to ensure timely & quality delivery of IT solutions.
Ensure that user requirements are effectively and accurately communicate to IT Department.
Ensure solutions and systems provided meet business objectives.
Responsible for Functional Testing of systems before release to UAT for User Testing.
Plan and conduct feasibility studies and functional analysis of business requirements.
Support User Acceptance Test Planning & automated and manual testing.
Organize and co-ordinate all implementation activities and user acceptance testing.
Continually assess the effectiveness of business specifications and testing methodology in terms of contents and format.
Develop & review User Guide and Standard Operating Process (SOP).

Requirement

Minimum 5 years experience in BA role
Analytical and problem solving abilities
Familiar with MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Effective documentation and communication
Experience in managing IT projects and administration is advantageous
Understanding of User interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design principles and how to create engaging and user-friendly interfaces.
Preferred with BA experience from banking/insurance or experience with with insurance domain, sales engagement, UI/UX design, cross platforms integration.
