Job Summary
You will lead dance classes in Jazz, K-pop, Choreography, and Groove, developing lesson plans and choreographies while providing technical guidance to enhance students’ dance skills and preparing them for showcases and performances.
Responsibilities
Conduct dance classes in Jazz, K-pop, Choreography, and Groove to engage and develop students’ abilities
Develop detailed lesson plans and create original dance choreographies to support skill progression
Provide technical guidance to improve students’ dance techniques, musicality, and performance quality
Prepare students effectively for showcases and performances to ensure confident and polished presentations
Manage class dynamics and communicate clearly to maintain a positive and productive learning environment
Adapt teaching schedules to include evenings and weekends as required to meet program needs
Required competencies and certifications
Diploma or higher in Dance or Performing Arts (as stated under Job Requirements)
Relevant experience in dance teaching and choreography (as stated under Job Requirements)
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Strong dance techniques, musicality, and performance skills to enhance instructional quality
Good communication and class management skills to foster student engagement and discipline
Other Information
Willingness to work evenings and weekends to accommodate class schedules and performances
