Ability to plan, organize, lead the Sales team and all sales activities within the Company.

Develop, manage Sales strategies and planning in indentify customers (Marketing

items related to Dairy products & Cheese Products).

Establish and maintain relations with existing key accounts customers and develop sales

strategies to develop new customer accounts.

Execute approved action plans, sales budget and strategies towards achieving sales targets.

Provide and maintain excellent accounts service and customer relationship management.

Oversee and evaluates market research of competitor products, market and sales trend then

develop an effective marketing strategy.

Provide monthly sales performance and competitor activities reports to department head.

Provide sales forecasts on the monthly basis for effective stock management and company sales growth.

Perform related job responsibilities delegated by management as necessary in relation to the business

operation to maintain a smooth and productive operation.
