Manage
electrical projects
from planning and design coordination through installation, testing, commissioning and handover, ensuring completion within agreed schedules, budgets and quality standards.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams on technical submissions, electrical drawings, procurement and site execution.
Oversee electrical distribution and installation works, including switchboards, cabling, lighting and associated electrical systems, while monitoring project progress, costs, resources and technical issues.
Ensure compliance
with electrical regulations, project specifications, contractual obligations and Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements
, maintaining project documentation and progress reports.
Requirements:
Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
At least 7 years of experience in
electrical project management
within the
M&E contracting, construction, commercial, industrial or building-services industry.
Strong technical knowledge of electrical distribution systems, switchboards, cabling, installation, testing and commissioning.
Good understanding of project scheduling, contract administration, cost control and WSH requirements.
