Salary: $2400 to $2600

Job Scope:

* Responsible for the timely and accurate month-end, including consolidated accounts.
* Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing
* Manage accounts accounts receivable functions, including invoices, payments and receipts.
* Liaise with auditors and other external parties on accounting and finance-related matters.
* Maintain proper and organised accounting records and supporting documents.
* Perform any other ad hoc accounting duties and assignments as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
* At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the accounting field is required.
* Good knowledge of accounting principles.
* Familiar GST and tax-related matters.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
* Experience with accounting software will be an advantage.
* Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Mondays - Fridays: 10am to 6pm
