Position: Corporate Secretarial Executive
We are an established professional services firm in Singapore seeking a Corporate Secretarial Executive to join our team. Candidates with prior experience in the corporate secretarial department of a small or medium-sized accounting firm are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Handle a portfolio of corporate secretarial clients independently.
Prepare directors' resolutions, AGM documents, annual returns and other statutory documents.
Manage company incorporations, changes in company officers, share allotments and transfers, and other corporate transactions.
Maintain statutory registers and ensure compliance with the Singapore Companies Act and ACRA requirements.
Liaise with clients and relevant regulatory authorities on corporate secretarial matters.
Assist with client onboarding, KYC and AML/CFT compliance requirements.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience in Singapore.
Preferably from a small or medium-sized accounting or corporate services firm.
Familiar with ACRA BizFile, statutory filing requirements and the Singapore Companies Act.
Able to work independently, manage deadlines and communicate effectively with clients.
Organised, meticulous and responsible.
Familiarity with corporate secretarial software - Teamwork would be an advantage.
