Description
We are seeking a full spectrum Senior Accounts Executive to join our company. In this role, you will be responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, month-end closing and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, excellent analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Independently manage and maintain 3 company accounts.
Handle full set of accounts: AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, and Bank Reconciliation.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
Monitor cash flow and prepare periodic financial reports for management.
Processes invoices for payments.
Prepare and submit GST returns every quarter.
Prepare monthly financial reports.
Handle with yearly audit and tax work.
Make sure all accounting tasks are done on time.
Requirements
Diploma in Accounting, LCCI, ACCA, CA, CIMA or equivalent.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant accounting experience.
Proficient in Xero accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
