Responsibilities
• Support execution of daily channel operations.
• Handle enquiries, escalations and issue resolution.
• First point of contact for channel issues.
• Troubleshoot operational problems.
• Maintain knowledge base.
• Support QA and training.
• Provide process improvement feedback.
• Maintain operational records.
• Coordinate with stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and metrics.

Requirements
• Minimum GCE 'O' Levels/ 'A' Levels/ Diploma in any discipline
• Preferably with 3 to 5 years of relevant experiences
• Working hours: 8.30am to 6pm or 10.30am to 8.15pm (Monday to Sunday - 4 weekdays & 1 weekend)
