Job Description

• Working closely with the architects/design team and clients to conceptualize the interior design. Developing the design and presenting them to the Client.
• Extensive knowledge of all aspects of interior design including workplace design strategy and best practices, space planning, programming, colour and material selection, detailing and FF&E packages.
• Delivering the project in detailed design, material selection, coordination with other professionals and more.
• Participate in high-energy, collaborative team and project environments.
• Pre-contract job management, contract procedures, correspondence and report.
• Strong conceptual design and design development skills.
• Strong verbal and graphic communication skill; effective client relationship skills and talent for working with a diverse team of designers.
• 2D technical drawing and 3D modelling / rendering.
• Preparation of specifications, tender documents and construction drawings.
• Site Visit, meeting with Contractors, Consultants and Local Authority Officers.
• Supervising the construction process to ensure the design is executed according to the design intent.
• Office procedures and admin.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Required skills: Auto Cad, Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup
• Beneficial skills: Revit
• Creative and good knowledge of detail drawings.
• Prefer 2-3 years' of experience
