Key Responsibilities:
Scan documents
Prepare papers (sort, remove staples)
Check scanned copies for quality
Save and name files properly
Enter basic document details
Organize and store files
Keep documents secure
Retrieve files when needed
Maintain simple records
Handle basic scanner issues
Perform any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Working Hours
Office hours Monday to Friday
Job Requirements:
Candidate with relevant working experienced will be at advantage.
