Job Description

What you'll do
Develop, customize, and maintain ERP solutions to meet business requirements
Write technical designs and supporting documentation
Build and support system integrations, web services, and APIs between the ERP and third-party systems
Explore and apply AI features in customer solutions, such as AI-assisted automation, smart document processing, chatbots, and LLM-powered workflows
Use AI coding tools to work faster and improve code quality
Develop reports, saved searches, and dashboards using SQL and BI tools
Estimate the time and effort for development tasks accurately
Test, debug, and fix issues to keep deliverables high quality and on schedule
Work with consultants, project managers, and customer success teams on requirement analysis, solution design, and delivery
Report task progress and status on time
What we're looking for
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
3–5 years of hands-on programming or system development experience
Strong skills in JavaScript and/or .NET, SQL, and web programming
Experience with web services (REST/SOAP) and system integration
Interest in AI and willingness to learn and apply new AI technologies
A strong team player who works well with others
Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, with a "make-it-happen" attitude, and able to work under pressure to meet project deadlines
Good written English, with the ability to produce clear technical documents
Fluent in spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
Advantages
An understanding of ERP concepts, or experience implementing ERP (NetSuite / SuiteScript is a big plus)
Hands-on experience with AI or LLM APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Claude, Azure OpenAI), prompt engineering, or building AI agents or automations
Knowledge of business processes in supply chain, finance, or accounting
Experience with cloud platforms
