Senior Director, Operations – APAC | Singapore based | ~50% travel

A global leader in critical digital infrastructure is hiring a senior operations executive to own manufacturing and supply chain across Asia, at a time of rapid, AI-driven growth.

The mandate

• Lead end-to-end operations across a multi-site Asian footprint: manufacturing, sourcing, supply chain, inventory and capacity planning
• Scale capability and capacity to keep pace with demand: people, process, systems
• Deliver measurable gains in safety, quality, delivery, cost and working capital
• Shape the regional footprint strategy and capital investment decisions
• Drive lean, automation and digital enablement across every site
• Lead operational due diligence and integration on M&A
• Build and lead a high-performing operations leadership team

What you bring

• 10+ years leading complex manufacturing operations ($400M+ revenue businesses)
• A proven operating "playbook": lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement delivered at scale
• Strong commercial and financial acumen (cost-out, margin, working capital)
• Experience scaling through hypergrowth or transformation, ideally with M&A integration
• A leader who influences across a global matrix and builds a culture of accountability and pace
