Role Description The Project Engineer role at SIMBA Telecom is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. This role involves planning, coordinating, and implementing network and infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with technical and regulatory requirements. The Project Engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors to define project specifications, monitor progress, and resolve technical issues. Daily responsibilities include preparing project documentation, conducting site surveys, supporting equipment installation and testing, and reporting on project status and risks. The role also requires contributing to process improvements and applying engineering best practices to enhance network performance and reliability.
Qualifications

• Strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills to manage telecom network and infrastructure projects effectively.
• Proficiency in Project Management and Project Planning to coordinate timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders, and to prepare clear technical documentation.
• Relevant experience in telecommunications, mobile networks, or related engineering fields.
• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a fast-changing technology environment.
• Familiarity with 4G/5G technologies, network architecture, and industry standards is an advantage.
