Job Summary

You will provide customer service support for maid agencies, communicating effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members to address inquiries and provide assistance
• Demonstrate commitment and reliability by consistently meeting work schedules, including public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays
• Apply result-oriented approaches to resolve customer issues and improve service quality
• Use patience and effective interpersonal skills to manage client interactions positively
• Operate PC systems efficiently to process information and support daily tasks

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possess a CEI certificate
• Ability to speak Mandarin

Other Information

• Work schedule includes public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with off days on weekdays
