• Generatesdetailed layouts and detail drawings of the concept design provided by thedesigners using AutoCAD/ZCAD software.
• Preparedrawing packages in total (i.e Design Development Package, Tender Package, andConstruction Package).
• Supportscompiling materials and specification sheets as a part of any drawing package.
• Supportscreation and/or update of CAD department and division standard drawings.
• Workclosely with project teams on drawing amendments.
• Associates degree in CAD drafting ,Architecture, or Landscape Architecture preferred.
• Good knowledge of basic drafting principles andtechniques including working with tight deadlines.
• Good knowledge of Landscape detailing is an advantage.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in CAD drafting in the Landscape field isrequired for this position.
• AutoCAD is essential.
• Photoshop, 3DMax, Google Sketch Up, and Revit (BIM) areadded values.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPointand Excel essential.
• Basic PC skills are necessary for the use of internal programs and software.
• Able to work independently with positive attitude in personaldevelopment.
• Passion to work in the design construction industry is a must.
