We're Hiring: Business Analyst - SaaS Platform!

• Own product initiatives end-to-end, from problem identification to release and continuous improvement.

• Engage with stakeholders and end users to understand business needs and define problem statements.

• Prepare business proposals to justify resource allocation and secure funding.

• Define success metrics and create dashboards to track product performance.

• Develop product strategies and initiatives to drive business outcomes.

• ️ Create and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.

• Collaborate with designers and software engineering teams to design, develop, test, and release products.

• Measure product outcomes and drive continuous improvements.

• Support end users and improve product adoption.
  
  

• Proven experience in driving business outcomes and delivering measurable results.

• End-to-end experience working with design and engineering teams to build and deliver products.

• ️ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior-level stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

• Familiarity with Confluence, JIRA, and Balsamiq is an advantage.
  
  

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related field.

• Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Business Analysis Professional are an advantage.
  
  

• Associate Consultant:Less than 4 years of relevant experience.

• Consultant:4 to less than 7 years of relevant experience.

• Senior Consultant:7 or more years of relevant experience.
