About the client:
Our client is a Reputed Bank.
Responsibilities:
Process CPF and SRS transactions accurately and within agreed service levels (SLAs).
Verify instructions and supporting documents before processing.
Perform account reconciliation and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Escalate exceptions, operational issues, and customer complaints when necessary.
Maintain proper records and ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support customer needs and service delivery.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Banking, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
Experience in banking operations, transaction processing, or financial services is preferred.
Knowledge of CPF and SRS products is an advantage.
Basic understanding of AML, Operational Risk Management, and relevant financial regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computer systems/software.
Experience in SIT/UAT.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
