Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, identify new business opportunities, and grow market share.
Promote products and provide solutions to customers, including interior designers, quantity surveyors, renovation contractors and end users.
Achieve sales targets, acquire new accounts, maintain profitable margins, and meet collection and product mix objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
Maintain accurate CRM records, update customer product libraries, and prepare sales and project pipeline reports.
Conduct site visits, attend site meetings, resolve site issues, and prepare quotations, introductory letters and quantity estimates based on drawings and measurements.
Support project acquisition, team development and company activities while adhering to company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
Key Requirements
Good understanding of market trends and customer needs.
Ability to recommend suitable products and alternatives to drive sales.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Good interpersonal negotiation skills.
Relevant sales experience is an advantage.
Ability to read drawing and take measurements will be a plus.
Possessing own transport is an added advantage.
