MYFutureJobs are currently assisting Alton Intelligent Technology Sdn Bhd in hiring a Manufacturing Digitalisation Senior Engineer.

About the Company

Wholly owned by US-based Alton Industry Ltd. Group, a global supplier of household products and industrial tools. Its 45.25-acre Malaysian base runs six full-featured factories with automated intelligent warehousing.

The Role

Lead factory-wide digitalisation and Industry 4.0 initiatives at a large, modern manufacturing complex.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and implement factory digitalisation and smart manufacturing projects
2. Deploy, integrate and maintain MES, ERP integration, WMS and digital twin solutions
3. Manage data governance and drive data-led improvements
4. Deliver solutions for production efficiency and real-time analytics
5. Collaborate with IT, operations and R&D on automated systems
6. Train relevant personnel on new systems

Requirements

1. Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IoT, Smart Manufacturing or related
2. Min. 5 years in manufacturing information systems or digital transformation
3. Hands-on with MES, WMS, QMS, APS or PLM; data analytics or industrial AI
4. Bahasa Malaysia and basic English (Nice to have: Mandarin; new-factory digitalisation experience)
