Job Summary

Support daily kitchen operations with the Head Chef, maintain hygiene standards, and apply modern Western cooking techniques in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to execute daily kitchen operations efficiently
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards to ensure a clean and safe work environment
• Prepare and cook Western-style dishes using modern cooking techniques to meet quality standards
• Manage tasks independently in a fast-paced kitchen environment to ensure timely service
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned to support kitchen operations and team needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Food Handlers Certificate to comply with food safety regulations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possess at least 3 years of experience in Western-style cuisine and modern cooking techniques
