We are an established digital marketing and SEO company helping businesses grow online, and we're expanding our team in Malaysia. As our Business Development Manager, you'll join a talented, supportive team of SEO, content, and marketing specialists, and work with a growing portfolio of businesses across corporate, e-commerce, SME, and government sectors.

Your role is to start conversations with the right businesses and book appointments with our team, who take it from there. If you enjoy outreach, like being part of a strong team, and want a role that rewards your effort, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Outreach & Appointment Booking

• Connect with business owners and decision-makers by phone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and at events
• Introduce our services and generate interest in a meeting
• Book qualified appointments for our consultants
• Follow up with leads and keep your calendar full

Market Awareness

• Research businesses and industries in Malaysia to find the best opportunities
• Share what you learn from the market with our team to help improve our approach
• Attend networking events and industry meetings when relevant

Reporting

• Log leads, calls, and appointments in our CRM
• Share regular updates on your activity and results

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Malaysian citizen or permanent resident, or otherwise legally eligible to work in Malaysia
• Fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia, spoken and written
• 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or appointment setting, ideally in digital marketing, advertising, or technology
• Confident, friendly communication skills, especially on the phone
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO
• Comfortable working toward targets and handling rejection

A Plus

• Existing network of business contacts in Malaysia
• Mandarin or another local language
• CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
• Experience reaching out to government, GLC, or large enterprise clients
• Familiarity with the Malaysia Digital Economy Blueprint and MyDIGITAL
