  • Manage daily the store: be answerable for good management of the store
  • Assure the administrative and legal management
  • Manage the team
  • Evaluate and develop team
  • Mininum 3 years of managerial experience in beauty / retail industry
  • Hands-on experience in managing large format store or a chain of retail stores
  • Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Excellent customer service and results-oriented
  • Enjoy working in fast-paced environment
  • Optimize sales performances and store’s profitability
  • Develop sales and Analyse with a commercial view visual merchandising
  • Have a competitive strategy
