The work scope of the youth worker would be:
. Support the smooth running of school activity centre (Harbour) Interact and engage with students who drop-in

. Identify students who need socio-emotional and mental well-being support, and provide intervention recommendations

Guide students in driving elements of the school activity centre Support students in operating school activity centre (Harbour)

Support any activities (within or out of school) with teachers-in-charge

Perform any other tasks to support the programme, as agreed between the Contractor and School Leader/Key Personnel.

The Personnel should minimally have the following

qualifications, skills and experience:
Have good communication and inter-personal skills.

Is a good team player and responsible in carrying out tasks in school when duties are assigned.

Can work independently

Is passionate to engage and support high-needs students

All Instructors should have preferably 3 years of experience working with secondary school students of disadvantaged backgrounds.

All instructors must be registered with MOE
