Job Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, commissioning, servicing and maintenance of UPS systems.

• Diagnose equipment faults and carry out troubleshooting and corrective repairs.

• Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections and functional testing to ensure equipment reliability.

• Perform equipment modifications, component replacement and system upgrades.

• Provide on-site technical support and guidance to customers.

• Prepare service reports and maintenance documentation.

• Coordinate and schedule service assignments based on customer requirements and urgency.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics or related Engineering disciplines.

• Experience in UPS systems, power electronics or electrical equipment will be an advantage.

• Knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.

• Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

• Able to work independently and in a team.

• Willing to travel to customer sites.
