Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any relevant field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations, preferably at Supervisor or Assistant Manager level.

• Experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or fast-food operations is highly preferred.

• Good knowledge of food safety, stock control, inventory management and cash handling.

• Strong leadership skills with a positive, energetic and results-driven attitude.

• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

• Friendly and pleasant personality, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts to ensure smooth operations and good customer service.

• Monitor stock levels, place orders, receive deliveries and conduct stock counts to control costs and reduce wastage.

• Provide excellent customer service by attending to customer enquiries, handling complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Lead, guide and motivate restaurant crew to maintain good teamwork and work performance.

• Ensure all employees follow restaurant operating procedures, food safety standards and hygiene requirements.

• Assist the Restaurant Manager with staff scheduling, performance monitoring and training for new and existing employees.

• Manage daily cash handling, including cash opening and closing, till reconciliation and preparation of daily sales reports.

• Ensure the restaurant meets Jollibee's operating standards, service quality and cleanliness requirements.
