We are seeking a Senior Desktop Engineer to support and enhance endpoint management services in a dynamic education environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, patch management, and endpoint security, ensuring a secure and seamless digital experience for faculty, staff, and students.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint devices.
• Configure, deploy, and monitor:
• Windows Quality Updates
• Windows Feature Updates
• Windows Autopatch
• Compliance Policies
• Manage endpoint security, vulnerability remediation, and patch compliance.
• Support Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Active Directory environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex endpoint and desktop issues.
• Generate compliance and security reports and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and applications teams to maintain a secure endpoint environment.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of Desktop / Endpoint Engineering experience

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune patch management

Experience managing Windows Quality Updates, Feature Updates, Autopatch, and Compliance Policies

Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Active Directory

Familiarity with endpoint security, vulnerability remediation, and patch compliance reporting

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
