Job Summary

Drive business growth by managing client accounts, generating new leads, and executing sales strategies to meet targets in a dynamic corporate training environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing client accounts to maximize retention and satisfaction
• Develop a continuous pipeline of new business leads through online research, LinkedIn, and phone outreach
• Execute approved sales action plans and strategies to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
• Collaborate with the admin team to coordinate and support training program delivery
• Provide weekly sales reports and plan targets to track progress and inform strategy
• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming email and phone enquiries to convert prospects
• Deliver persuasive sales pitches to prospects and convert them into long-term clients
• Craft tailored proposals to meet prospect needs and secure business agreements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Polytechnic Diploma holders, Fresh Degree, or equivalent educational background
• Experience in training, education, sales, marketing, or customer service fields is advantageous
• Positive attitude towards continuous learning and professional development
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage diverse audiences
• Ability to engage customers effectively across various outreach channels such as roadshows and corporate events
