Have a genuine interest in baking and pastry making, with a willingness to learn and develop practical skills.

Previous experience in cake decoration, cream frosting, piping, fruit decoration, or dessert preparation is preferred. Candidates with no experience but a strong willingness to learn are also welcome.

Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with the ability to strictly follow standard operating procedures.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to maintaining product quality and consistency.

Good teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment and shift work.

Prepare cakes, pastries, and other chilled desserts, including whipping cream, cake frosting, piping, fruit decoration, and product assembly.

Follow product recipes, preparation procedures, and quality standards to ensure consistency in appearance, taste, portion size, and overall quality.

Check ingredients, semi-finished products, and tools before production. Strictly follow food safety, hygiene, and shelf-life management requirements.

Ensure proper storage, handling, and usage of ingredients and semi-finished products, while minimizing waste and controlling production costs.

Follow the store's production plan and sales demand to ensure timely preparation and sufficient product supply.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area, and properly clean and maintain equipment and utensils.

Work closely with team members to complete daily production tasks and other duties assigned by the supervisor.
