Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on ERP Application Specialist to support, maintain and improve our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment.

The ideal candidate combines strong operational understanding with technical capability. You should be comfortable working with Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse and Operations teams while also investigating integrations, data issues, configurations and system problems.

Candidate should have a strong understanding of business operations and ERP systems, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot issues relating to system functionality, integrations, data and business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Own day-to-day support and administration of Business Central.
• Troubleshoot functional, technical, data and integration issues.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into practical ERP solutions.
• Improve and automate Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Inventory and Warehouse processes.
• Manage system configuration, users, permissions and master data.
• Work with APIs, web services, extensions and system integrations.
• Coordinate with external Business Central partners and developers.
• Support upgrades, enhancements, UAT, data migration and new implementations.
• Create user documentation and provide training where required.

Requirements:

• Degree (or Diploma) in Computer Science, Software engineering or similar disciplines
• Minimum 3+ years of ERP experience, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
• Good understanding of Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Inventory and/or Warehouse processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Comfortable with technical concepts including APIs, integrations, data mapping and Business Central extensions.
• Exposure to AL development, Power Automate, Power BI or Power Platform is an advantage.
• Able to communicate effectively with both business users and technical teams.
• Practical, hands-on mindset with strong ownership of problems.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in any of the following would be advantageous:
• Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Business Central migration
• Business Central API integrations
• Microsoft Power BI
• Microsoft Azure integration services
• Microsoft Dataverse / Power Platform
• E-commerce, POS, or retail system integration
• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) / Manufacturing
• Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
• Multi-company or multi-country ERP environments
• Finance or supply-chain process experience
