We are looking for a friendly, responsible, organized, and motivated individual to join our
Position: Admin / Receptionist
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Bangsar Kuala Lumpur
Salary: RM 2000 – RM 2800
Working Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00pm
Job Responsibilities
Handle daily administrative and office tasks.
Greet and assist visitors and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer incoming calls and respond to enquiries via WhatsApp and email.
Manage documents, filing, records, and correspondence.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Manage appointments and office schedules.
Prepare letters, reports, and other administrative documents when required.
Maintain a clean and organized reception and office area.
Assist the management team with daily administrative tasks.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in Administration or Reception is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Pleasant, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
Responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
