We are looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Supervisor to support our store operations, lead the sales team, and ensure excellent customer service and store performance.

• IOI City Mall
• Isetan KLCC
• AEON Shah Alam
• Mid Valley Megamall

• Work towards achieving the store’s monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Lead and support the sales team in delivering excellent customer service
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Understand customers’ needs and provide suitable product recommendations
• Maintain proper stock replenishment to ensure the store is well-stocked
• Assist in receiving, checking, and organizing new stock shipments
• Maintain excellent store condition, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards
• Keep up to date with product knowledge and accurately communicate product features and benefits to customers
• Manage daily point-of-sale (POS) processes and ensure transactions are handled accurately
• Monitor daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Support the training and onboarding of new employees, particularly in sales and visual merchandising standards
• Assist in managing staff scheduling, attendance, and daily task allocation
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Support the Store Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient store operations

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail Supervisor, Senior Sales, or similar leadership role
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Sales-driven with the ability to work towards and achieve store targets
• Able to lead, motivate, and work effectively with a retail team
• Good understanding of retail operations, sales, and visual merchandising
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
• Well-presented, customer-oriented, and approachable
• Able to work according to retail hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Willing to work at any of the available outlets listed above
