• Recruit, train and manage the man power, plan duty roaster to make sure the branch always has sufficient and qualified man power to operate.
• Plan and execute to achieve the branch monthly and quarterly sale target.
• Manage the stock, to make sure the stock level is always sufficient for operation, the physical stock balance is always accurate with the system, and the goods are always arrange on the racks tidily and correctly.
• Manage the cashier, to make sure the operation of cashier is smooth and the balance is always accurate.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the branch, make sure it is always met the company’s standard.
• Make sure the customers get the best service, accurate information about products and company policies.
