Salary: UP $4200 + Comms (Individual & Store) (Gross $6k++)

Working Hours: Retail Hours (8 days off per month)

The Role:

• Support the daily operations of the retail store.
• Assist in achieving store sales targets and performance goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Lead and support the sales team in their daily activities.
• Help implement sales, customer engagement, and service improvement initiatives.
• Monitor store performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
• Support after-sales service and customer follow-up when required.
• Ensure products are displayed neatly and the store is well-maintained.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Assist with staff coaching, training, and development.

What Are We Looking For?

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience, including supervisory or senior role within luxury retail
• Strong leadership, sales, customer service, and store operations experience
• Sales-driven with good communication and problem-solving skills
