About Us

Mankind Space Creation (Mankind Solution Sdn Bhd) is a design & build interior and renovation company in Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur, delivering landed property rebuilds, extensions and renovations (typically RM300k to RM1M) across the Klang Valley.

About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Operations to lead our sales, design and site delivery teams, build the SOPs and KPIs that let the company grow, and work directly with our CEO.

Responsibilities

• Lead and align the sales, design and site delivery teams (about 5-7 people each)
• Map end-to-end workflows from lead to site handover and final collection
• Build and enforce SOPs for quotations, design handovers, procurement, site QC, variation orders and client communication
• Set KPIs and run structured weekly operations meetings
• Oversee project P&L, cash flow, BOQ accuracy and milestone collections
• Upgrade our operational tools and systems

Requirements

• At least 10 years in construction, renovation or design & build, including 3+ years leading multiple teams
• A track record of building SOPs, workflows and KPIs in a growing SME
• Solid understanding of project P&L, cash flow, BOQs and collections
• Experience as Head of Operations, GM or COO is an advantage

What We Offer

• Monthly salary RM12,000 - RM18,000

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month
