Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company’s IT products, software solutions, and technology services.

Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, websites, email marketing, and online advertising platforms.

Create marketing content, advertisements, product descriptions, presentations, and promotional materials for IT solutions.

Conduct market research to identify technology trends, customer requirements, and potential business opportunities.

Promote software, IT solutions, and services to targeted customer segments through appropriate marketing channels.

Manage the company’s social media platforms and online presence to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to understand products and communicate their features and benefits effectively to customers.

Support lead-generation activities and follow up on marketing enquiries and potential business opportunities.

Organise and coordinate technology events, product demonstrations, webinars, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Monitor competitors and market developments and provide insights to support business and marketing strategies.

Track marketing campaign performance, analyse results, and prepare reports for management.

Coordinate with external advertising agencies, designers, vendors, and other marketing partners when required.

Assist management in expanding the company’s market presence and developing new customer segments.

Perform other marketing and promotional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.

Relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, advertising, or the IT/technology industry.

Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.

Strong communication, content creation, and organisational skills.

Ability to understand and effectively promote IT products and technology solutions.

Creative, proactive, and able to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.
