• Grow Technical business revenue, market share and profit goals to meet objectives
• Secure Maintenance contracts, Repairs, Overhauls and Replacement for Terminal equipment
• Develop and provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to customers
• Provide technical consultation and service to customers
• Enhance customer obsession and experience.
• Other tasks as assigned

Provide excellent customer service & maintain excellent customer relationship

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Engineering with min. 2-year relevant working experience
• Experienced in conducting training
• Outgoing, positive, driven, self-motivated and possess a hunter mentality
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Strong communication skills and a teamwork attitude
