Department: Project Construction Department

Reports to: Project Manager / Project Director

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Fit-Out Executive based in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves overseeing project execution, ensuring project objectives are met, and delivering outcomes within specified timelines and budgets. Responsibilities include coordinating in between stakeholders, monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing strategies for successful project delivery. Clear reporting on project status and outcomes to senior leaders will also form a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in construction, interior fit-out, or project site supervision. Experience in retail, F&B, commercial design, or mall fit-out projects is an advantage.
• Supervisory skills and ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and site coordination. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, AutoCAD drawings, and project specifications is preferred.
• Strong ability to coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers and ability to monitor site progress and ensure project timeline is met.
• Comfortable working independently while managing tasks in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Responsible and committed to maintaining good site quality and successful project delivery.
• Familiar with site progress reporting and defect inspection.
